For me, as a Capricorn born in early January, this hits home in a very literal way. I am ready for a fresh perspective, and the numbers seem to agree.
The Power of 2026 Numerology: The Universal Year 1
I’ve always found numerology to be a beautiful mirror for our lived experiences. This year, the math is telling a powerful story.
2026 is a Universal Year 1 (2+0+2+6 = 10 \ 1+0 = 1). In numerology, the number 1 represents the pioneer, the new project, and the spark of creation. On top of that, I am also in a Personal Year 1. When your personal cycle aligns perfectly with the universal cycle, it’s a green light from the universe to make courageous decisions and trust your self-leadership.
How to Calculate Your Personal Year Number:
Add your birth day + birth month + 2026. Reduce it to a single digit.
Example: If your birthday is May 14th:
Month: 5 | Day: 14 (1+4=5) | Year: 2026 (2+0+2+6=10, 1+0=1)
5 + 5 + 1 = 11 \ 1+1 = Personal Year 2
Reflecting on Wing Light Art’s Creative Growth in 2025
Before we fly into the adventures of 2026, I want to look back at the “quiet” work of 2025. While 2026 is about the burst of light, 2025 was about strengthening the vessel.
I spent my time refining the vision for Wing Light Art Designs. From rewriting business plans to mastering the SEO for my Etsy and Shopify stores, I was building a sturdy place for my creativity to land. I even found myself writing three children’s books and exploring the fluid, meditative world of watercolors.
Art Shows and New Acrylic Horse Paintings
A major highlight was getting back out into the Boerne art community. I joined the Boerne Visual Arts group and participated in their Small Works Art Show. For this show, I chose to paint horses in acrylics. There is something so spirited and untamed about a horse; capturing that strength felt like the perfect metaphor for my own journey—focused, powerful, and ready to run.
That energy carried over to the Boerne Christmas Market. Standing at my booth, meeting so many of you, and seeing my acrylic canvases find new homes made me feel like a little girl “playing shop” again. To everyone who visited and purchased my artwork: Thank you.
A Tribe of Visionary Women
I’ve also realized that even a “Number 1” (which represents independence) needs a tribe. Joining the Hill Country Women in Business here in Boerne has been a breath of fresh air. I haven’t felt this kind of sisterhood and collaboration since my Delta Gamma days, and I am so grateful for the support as we navigate this new year together.
